What is diabetic retinopathy?
There are two types of diabetic retinopathy; background diabetic retinopathy and proliferative retinopathy. The key things to remember for patients with diabetic retinopathy is to maintain a proper diet, exercise, blood sugar levels and to follow diabetic retinopathy treatment schedules.
What is far-sightedness?
Far-sightedness is when the patient's cornea is a bit too flat to focus rays of light properly onto the retina. This flatness leads to blurred near vision and in some cases intermediate and distance vision.

Glaucoma is an eye condition in which the eye pressure rises and damages the optic nerve. This can lead to irreversible vision loss.
